Stamp Duty Return

Stamp duty on contracts, undertakings and papers is paid by taxpayers authorised for periodic reporting through a monthly return. Others pay stamp duty at the tax office or a bank.

Leases, tender decisions, payrolls and loan agreements are common stamp duty subjects.
