- Invoices, payroll and bank documents
- SGK and pay details of your employees (as data processor)
- Portal login records (IP, date)
Data is processed to keep accounting records, file returns, make SGK notifications, perform the contract and meet statutory retention obligations (5 years under Tax Procedure Law Art. 253, 10 years under Commercial Code Art. 82).
Transfers
Data is transferred only to the Revenue Administration, SGK, the Trade Registry, banks and legally authorised bodies to the extent required by law.
