Frequently asked questions
How do I switch from my current accountant?
A handover can be made on any day of the month. Books, trial balance and return samples are taken over from the previous accountant and the matter completes with mutual termination of the authority. We manage the process.
What is included in the monthly fee?
Accounting entries, all periodic returns (VAT, withholding, provisional tax), the client portal and, depending on the package, payroll and a management report. The scope is clearly stated in the package table.
By when should I send documents?
You should upload the previous month's documents to the portal by the 5th of each month. Documents arriving late in filing periods may roll over to the next period.
Am I required to use e-invoice?
Taxpayers exceeding the turnover thresholds set by the Revenue Administration or operating in certain sectors must use it. Outside the mandatory scope you may transition voluntarily; our office carries out a scope analysis.
How do I convert my sole proprietorship into a limited company?
The sole proprietorship is closed or transferred and the limited company is formed as a new taxpayer. We plan the tax effects of transferring stock, fixtures and contracts from the start.
