Frequently asked questions
Is VAT included in the fees?
No, 20 per cent VAT is added to the listed amounts. An invoice or receipt is issued every month.
How long is the contract?
Contracts run for 12 months. With monthly payment you can leave with 30 days' written notice; with annual payment the remaining period is not refunded.
What if the invoice count is exceeded?
For each 10 invoices above the covered number, the surcharge in the package table applies; excesses are visible in the portal every month.
